Relax

One hectic and challenging week has passed, and another one lies ahead. Work, classes, organizational commitments and social obligations always seem to converge during the same week or month. As someone who juggles multiple responsibilities, I often get overwhelmed. However, I recall the advice our medical director gave to one of my colleagues: "Relax and take things one step at a time. Prioritize tasks that require immediate attention before moving on to the next."

So, yes, I experience that brief moment of overwhelm, but then I regroup and strategize how to manage my time efficiently.

At work, my bosses and colleagues perceive me as a chill person, unaware that I've already run countless scenarios in my head and devised solutions for problems that might not even materialize.
