Eureka!

"Eureka!", says Icaroo, as she thought of a pattern for posting her poems.

I've always envied those who could express their feelings, especially the writers that could make you see the images they have in their minds. A good friend of mine taught me writing exercises last year. He said that writing daily with a word count or word quota would help. It actually does. He also told me that most of my work will not really make sense to others or be as good as I want it to be, but that should not stop me from writing. He also reminded me that these writing exercises do not have to be posted on the internet. So yeah, I only choose the ones I feel comfortable sharing. I am not posting just for the views or to create content. I write because I want the readers to know that their emotions are valid and that they are not alone.

It has been a year since I deleted my Tumblr account and moved back to Blogspot, where I've separated the blogs for poetry and essays to make it more organized ,I guess. Also, this page is less accessible. Only those who know the link and are truly interested will be able to read my entries.

There are still days when I do not feel like writing, so I thought I should make a pattern for when to post my entries and write only when I feel like writing, so I wouldn't feel pressured or get burnt out doing this. I will write multiple entries when I'm in the zone, and have them posted on a scheduled date and time. I've created a pattern for posting, and it involved some math. LOL. Go figure it out, detective! I'll also be giving them personalized permalinks for a more efficient archiving.

Listen to the featured songs in my page to enhance the reading experience.

To you, my loyal reader, I see you! Thanks for keeping up with my random thoughts and bursts of emotions. I hope they make sense to you. And I hope you get to see the image I have in my head while writing these entries.
